Conditions

 

 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Our after-sale warranty is valid for 14 days from the delivery date (based on tracking information).

  • For defective products (torn, incomplete, deformed, etc.), contact KIKA craft business (obrt KIKA) within the warranty period with clear photos. Products will be replaced after verification. Do not discard lenses or packaging until the issue is resolved.

 

 


 

 

Return / Refund Process

 

 

  1. Contact Us: Email KIKA craft business (obrt KIKA) with your name, order number, and reason for the return.

  2. Prepare the Items: Ensure items are in original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  3. Ship the Items: Use your carrier to send the package and provide tracking information.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once KIKA craft business (obrt KIKA) receives and inspects the return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

 

 


 

 

Special Cases

 


Purchase Errors:

 

  • Ordered the wrong product? Return the item, and KIKA craft business (obrt KIKA) will send a replacement. A shipping fee of €16.99 applies.

 


Personal Preferences:

 

  • Don’t like the product (opened)?

     

    1. Cut the lenses in half according to guidelines, contact KIKA craft business (obrt KIKA) within 14 days, and receive a 50% refund to your account balance. Refunds are not possible after 14 days.

    2. Exchange for a different pair by paying €10 shipping (one pair only). Returning the disliked pair is not required.

  • If your refund has not been received, check your bank account or contact your bank/credit card company, as processing may take time.

Shipping Costs for Returns

 

 

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and vary by location.

  • For returns over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the package.
