    1. Are your products safe?
      Absolutely safe. Coleyes contacts have been certified by the FDA, CE, and international ISO 13485 certification. Product quality has always been our top priority, so you can wear Coleyes’s contact lenses with complete confidence.

    2. Is higher water content in lenses better?
      When wearing contact lenses for a long time, the moisture of the lens itself will be lost due to evaporation, but the contact lens itself does not produce water. At this time, the lens will absorb tears to maintain its original moisture content. Therefore, the lower the water content, the less chance of dry eyes.
      The water content of Coleyes lenses is 40%, which is considered low water content.
      Reminder: If your eyes are dry, or you live in a dry environment or area, it is not recommended to wear high water content contact lenses.

    3. What material are Coleyes lenses made of?
      The main material of Coleyes lenses is HEMA + NVP, which are non-ionic materials.
      Non-ionic lenses are very light, thin, soft, and less likely to cause protein buildup. They are especially suitable for people with sensitive eyes or strong foreign body sensation.

    4. Why does the lens color look different from the website?
      Lenses may vary in color due to factors such as lighting, camera filters, surrounding colors, your natural eye color, eye shape, or makeup. These differences are considered normal.

    5. Do Coleyes lenses come with prescription?
      No. Our lenses are available only as non-prescription (0.00) decorative contact lenses. They are for cosmetic or fashion use only.

    6. Do your products have astigmatism lenses?
      No. We only provide non-prescription (0.00) lenses. If you require lenses for astigmatism, please consult a professional optometrist or ophthalmologist.

    7. Does Coleyes have farsighted lenses?
      No. We currently do not provide farsighted or toric lenses.

    3. How to pay by credit card or debit card?
      Fill the shipping information, then click continue to shipping, then click continue to payment, and you can see the credit card option.

    4. Will I have to pay taxes?
      Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

    5. Can I cancel or change my order?
      If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 2 hours after you placed the order. No cancellation or changes can be applied once the order goes into preparation for delivery.

    6. How to get discount or use code?
      Coleyes website uses automatic discounts, no discount codes required.
      Just add the required quantity to your cart, click [ADD TO CART], and the discount will be applied automatically.

    7. What’s Buy X Get Y?
      For [Buy X Get Y Free], when you add (X+Y) pairs to the cart, Y pairs are free.
      Example: [Buy 2 Get 2 Free] means 4 pairs are in your cart, but you only pay for 2.

      We ship worldwide except for the following countries due to restrictions:
      Algeria, Brazil, Bermuda, Cuba, Egypt, Guadeloupe, Iran, Latvia, Nicaragua, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Slovakia.

    2. What are the shipping costs?
       


      Free Shipping: Orders over US$35


      Standard Shipping: US$6.99 for orders below US$35


       

    3. How long will delivery take?
      Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
       


      Processing Time: 1–2 business days (may extend to 48–72 hours during holidays).

    4. Do I need to pay taxes?
      Customs policies vary by country. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office for details.

    5. How can I track my order?
      After shipment, we’ll send you a tracking link (via track.4px.com).
      Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days. If no update appears within 72 hours, please contact us for assistance.

    6. What if my package doesn’t arrive?
      If your package hasn’t arrived after 60 days, contact us for a replacement or full refund.

    7. What if I entered the wrong address?
      Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to make corrections.

     

     

     

     

    Returns & Refunds

     


    Conditions

     


    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Opened, damaged, or altered items are not eligible.

    • Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Our after-sale warranty lasts 14 days from the delivery date (based on tracking info).

    • For defective products (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc.), contact us within the warranty period with clear pictures. We’ll replace the product after verification.

     


    Return/Refund Process

     


    1. Contact Us: Provide your name, order number, and reason.

    2. Prepare the Items: Ensure items are in original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.

    3. Ship the Items: Use your carrier to send the package and provide us with the tracking number and website.

    4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

     


    Special Cases

     


    • Purchase Errors: Ordered the wrong color? Return the product, and we’ll send the replacement. A $16.99 shipping fee applies.

    • Personal Preferences:
       


      Don’t like the product (opened)? Cut the lenses in half (per guidelines), contact us within 14 days, and we’ll refund 50% to your account balance. After 14 days, refunds are not possible.


      Or exchange for a different pair by paying $10 shipping (one pair only). No need to return the disliked pair.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items. Contact us for assistance.
